How to Root an Android Device

android root

Recently, I am getting a lot of concerns from Android users that they’re having issues in retrieving information from WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype and Facebook messages. This requires you to root the target Android device. I’ll be discussing Android rooting to avail ‘Android Spying’ features related to social networking and messaging apps.

FlexiSPY for Android

When you pick your FlexiSPY Android package, you are required to carefully study all its monitoring features. Android phone needs to be rooted if you want to use FlexiSPY features:

  • WhatsApp chats
  • Facebook messages
  • Skype messages and calls
  • Viber messages and calls
  • Telegram messages
  • Tinder messages
  • Access Gmail/Emails
  • BlackBerry chats
  • WeChat messages
  • LINE messages

What is Android Rooting?

Rooting is similar to iPhone jailbreak in Android phones. It allows you to unlock the operating system for installing new apps which don’t belong to Google. Moreover, you’ll be able to customize your smartphones apps and features.

Rooting Process

There are plenty of apps you can use to root Android devices. Here is a list of Apps for rooting Android smartphones: https://www.xda-developers.com/best-one-click-root-2018/

Of course, use these apps at your own risk – rooting the device will void your warranty.

Step 1:

Download and install your desired Android Rooting app in your Android phone. In my tests Kingo works really well.

enable USB debugging mode

Here you need to enable the USB debugging mode in the given Android smartphone. In case, the running mode of Android 4.0 or 4.1 is active, you are required to tap settings for switching on the “Developer Options” and ticking the “USB Debugging” box.

If you are using Android 4.2, you don’t need to switch on the “Developer Options”. You just need to go to ‘Tap Settings’ >About Phone >Developer options and simply tick USB debugging box to approve settings.

In case of Android 4.3 and other latest versions, go to ‘Tap Settings’ and press About Phone. Now you scroll down to ‘Build Number’ and tap it 7 times. This will lead you to the message box showing, “You are now a developer”.

Step 2:

Now use your personal computer to run Android Root so that you may be able to connect your smartphone through its USB cable.

Step 3:

Tap the Root button and wait just 2 minutes for the rooting process to be completed. The rooting process will be followed by an automated reboot.

Now after completing these steps, reinstall FlexiSPY app and monitor your target user’s Skype, WhatsApp and Facebook. For this purpose, you can use the following installation video for Android phones.
